The One Residences has been awarded National High Rise Building of the year at the 2022 Master Builders Australia National Excellence in Building & Construction Awards.
Delivered by Multiplex, The One was first acknowledged at district level, then at State via Master Builders Queensland.
The One, completed in 2021, is one of Brisbane’s tallest towers. Home to 467 residential units, the tower soars 82 stories above Brisbane’s 300 George Street.
Reaching these daring heights did not come without its own set of unique challenges.
